Softlabs Group believes in Quality. We understand this concept in its wider meaning. We have specific methods and procedures to ensure Quality in every deliverable of ours. At Softlabs Group, we emphasise on the superiority and expediency of every solution that we develop to ensure enrichment of the clients business.
Quality Assurance encompasses the entire development process - monitoring and improving the process, making sure that every agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed, and ensuring that any arising issues are identified and resolved at the earliest in the most efficient manner.
Some of the quality assurance initiatives practiced at Softlabs Group are as follows:
- We believe that the final product should always be a High Standard Solution that abides all methodologies and norms followed by the company.
- We adhere to a precisely defined testing procedure. Before a project reaches the testing stage it goes through a number of checks by the concerned developers. They use well-formed checklists that ensure that the bugs, if any are rectified in the initial stages itself. This ensures that once the project reaches the testing stage, there are either no bugs or very little bugs present which could easily be resolved.
- With years of experience, our dedicated testing professionals have a knack of identifying issues that can arise in a particular environment and advice proactive preventive measures to the development teams. Our testing teams incorporate well-designed checklists along with the ingenious test cases to ensure that all the recognized defects, whether mechanical, language, ID, coding or functionality related are thoroughly checked and are mended in an efficient manner.
- All the conclusions of the testing process are reported to the development teams using a specially designed template. The developers in turn fixes each error reported by the testing teams and sends the project back for a final audit. This final audit, basically serves as the verification round, for all the errors that were reported in the previous testing process. This final audit round eliminates the possibility of errors and ensures that the final product is immaculate.
